I work for a local and direct lender that has served homebuyers in Sacramento for over two decades. We underwrite and approve our loans “in-house” and use our own money, so we are pretty darn fast.  If you are a first-time home buyer or a seasoned investor, I would love the opportunity to speak with you.

My initial reason for starting this blog was because I was tired of paying someone else to create mortgage content for me.  I loved the fact that once a month, without me lifting a finger, a polished newsletter was emailed to my entire database. I was able to add my content, but it usually got lost in the mass of prefab articles by other experts in their field. It lacked the personal attention that I strive for on every transaction – it wasn’t me!

My core principle is to serve, educate, motivate my clients, friends & family, and my referral partners. This blog will be just another tool for me to reach out even more, to expand my horizons in the social media world, and continue to grow as a mortgage lender.
